What other little goodies are you packing into Issue 13 that maybe you have not talked about yet?
We’ve done a lot of quality of life features, like revamping the Badge UI, or tweaking the locations of some NPCs. A good chunk of time was spent setting up this year’s Halloween event, and that is taking place on the Live servers right now! This year’s Holiday event features some new “ski runs” for players to try out in Pocket D.
It’s All Access for City of Heroes and City of Villains
NCsoft readies the number 1 super-powered MMO for more
There is a reason for the rejoicing in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. It is official - NCsoft has completely merged the two games into one game universe. All current subscribers who only had one of the games (City of Heroes or City of Villains) now have access to the features of both games. Additionally, all City of Heroes and City of Villains games for sale at retail or online will grant access to both games.
Optional In-Game Advertising Announced
In a press release just issued we have today announced a partnership with game advertising provider Double Fusion to implement optional in-game advertising to City of Heroes. Click through for the full press release…

Boomtown reviews Issue #11
“2007 was to be the year where the City of community got what it wanted”, says Ventura, editor of European Gaming site Boomtown.net, “and [the developers] certainly delivered”.
Issue 11 is a great issue giving veteran players just what they wanted. [...] the new features and power sets easily make Issue 11 one of the best “City of” expansions ever.
